I am specializing in lipid-based carrier systems such as liposomes and lipid nanoparticles (LNPs). My research focuses on understanding the interplay between lipid composition, physicochemical properties, and microstructures of these carriers and how they influence disassembly kinetics under the physiological conditions.
By integrating carrier disassembly with drug release kinetics in vitro, I aim to establish mechanistic correlations with in vivo performance. My work seeks to define design strategies that enhance the formulation and optimization of lipid-based drug delivery systems, contributing to more effective and targeted therapies.
